Digital Delivery & Project Fulfilment

This page explains how we deliver digital products and project services when First Class Tech Ventures Co., Ltd. is the seller or contracted provider. It does not describe the transfer of real estate, payment of a property deposit or delivery by an independent third-party seller.

Digital products. The relevant product offer identifies what you receive, the supported environment, any prerequisites and the expected delivery time before payment. Delivery may be through a download, licence information, an account or an email, as stated in that offer. We advertise immediate automated delivery only where the actual system provides it after the applicable payment confirmation. Digital-only products do not require physical shipping.

If the expected email or access is missing, check the address supplied with your order and contact info@firstclasstechventures.com with the order reference. We can review the status and arrange appropriate redelivery or another remedy. We will not ask you to send a full payment card number or account password by email.

Custom development. Each project has an agreed scope, delivery milestones and review process. Deliverables may include a deployed website, source files, an agreed repository, application builds, documentation or access details. Hosting, publication, licences, maintenance and third-party approvals are included only where specified. Ownership and licence rights are set out separately in the agreement.

Review and changes. We identify how you can review the agreed work and report discrepancies. Requests beyond the agreed scope are assessed as changes, with their effect on cost and schedule agreed in writing. If delivery is delayed, we communicate the cause and proposed next steps. Statutory remedies and contractual rights remain available.

External dependencies. App stores, hosting companies and other third-party services may apply their own review, availability and usage rules. We explain relevant dependencies in the proposal.
